Cancellation Policy
1 or 2 Day Workshop, Natural Glazing Masterclass
Cancellation by you
Cancellation / rescheduling is only possible with 2 weeks notice prior to a workshop. Please reach out to us via hello@barsega-studio.com for refund or rescheduling.
Hand-building and glazing session bookings can not be rescheduled separately due to the flow and organization of the studio. If you booked 2-days workshop it may only be rescheduled as a bind.
Glazing sessions are non-refundable and can not be rescheduled separately. If you do not come to a booked glazing session we will glaze your creation ourselves in a beautiful white or beige color.
Cancellation / rescheduling is not possible with prior notice less than 2 weeks. Once you have booked a workshop experience with us, we have reserved a spot exclusively for you which means if you want to reschedule your workshop we lose the space you booked. We are endlessly sorry for any inconvenience and hoping for your understanding.
Yet we do consider that sometimes-unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend a workshop so we are happy for you to transfer your place to another person if you wish. In that case, please email their name and contact details to us via hello@barsega-studio.com prior to the workshop.
Cancellation by us
In rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel or make changes to any courses and workshops.
If a workshop has to be canceled due to low enrollment, instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you personally and offer alternative dates. If this is not possible, or you are unable to attend an alternative date, we will refund the full purchase price.
Ceramic Design Course
Cancellation by youCancellation / rescheduling is only possible with 2 weeks notice prior to a workshop. Rescheduling is only possible for a whole course. For example, if your course starts in April but you can't make it to the first class, you may start the course in May.
